Potty Time

One of the most entertaining picture card tricks you will perform. The kids go wild! It's a vanish, a homing card, a transposition and a double card on back all in the same routine!

Same effect as Santa, Skunk & the Magic Chimney, but produced for year-round performances.

Explain to the children that you can make BIG things disappear. You display six picture cards. There is a Whale, a Pirate Ship, a Rocket, a Dinosaur, an Airplane and the Statue of Liberty. But wait! There is also a picture of a TOILET! You don't see it right away but the kids do and there is instant laughter. You begin shuffling the cards as you instruct a child in the audience to tell you where to stop. You explain that which ever card they stop at, you will make that card disappear! But please, don't stop on the toilet. Of course, they stop on the toilet. You discard the toilet and shuffle again. When the childinstructs you to stop, they stop on another TOILET! Yikes! This happens a third time, each time you discard the toilet but it keeps coming back.

Finally the child stops on a different card: The Statue of Liberty. You explain that you will make the statue disappear in the magic picture frame. You turn around to get the frame but now there is a toilet hanging on your back. The kids go bananas! You remove the toilet and discard it. Place the statue into the magic picture frame and cover it with a blue satin cloth with a big yellow star screen printed on the front. Say the magic words and when you remove the cloth, the statue has vanished. But the kids are "on to you." They can see you holding something under the cloth. You remove the cloth and it is . . . a TOILET! Show both sides of the card and discard it.

You gloat that you made the statue disappear, but you would like all the KIDS to bring him back. Cover the magic frame, they say the magic words, but nothing happens. Try it again and again, but no statue. You act disappointed that they didn't bring the statue back. You turn around to put the frame away and there is the statue hanging on your back. The kids go wild trying to let you know. "What? Huh??? You brought the statue back ON my back???" Acknowledge their success that they also did the magic and instruct them to give themselves a nice big hand.

This is a highly entertaining 7 1/2 - 8 minute routine complete with built-in laughs. Extremely easy to do so you can concentrate on presentation. The cards measure 5" by 7" and are printed on gloss coated stock for a real nice finish. The frame is screen printed on vinyl stock and will last a lifetime. The stand separates from the frame for packing and the entire unit packs flat and plays big. Complete with everything you need to perform this outrageous routine.
