An empty ready salted crisp packet is shown and examined. The packet is then folded into a tight ball which is then given to a spectator to hold.

Several cards are then introduced; each bearing a different flavor of crisps on its face.
The cards are then mixed face down as you offer the spectator a chance to win £20.00 in a game of "Find a Flavour"

To win the cash the spectator will have to simply select any card from the group which does not match the crisp packet flavour. Matching action with words a £20.00 note is removed from the magicians pocket and is placed onto the table.

With the odds highly stacked against the magician the game begins...

The spectator then carefully selects a card and is even given a chance to change their mind.This card is placed face down onto the table and the suspense is built as the magician deals the remaining cards face up, one by one displaying each of the various flavours.

Things begin to look bad for the magician when his final card is revealed to be the ready salted flavour. The spectator turns over their selection to find that it is salt and vinegar... reaching for the money, the spectator is stopped and reminded that they only win providing the selected flavour and the crisp packet flavors do not match.

The rather bemused spectator is then instructed to open the folded crisp packet which they have held the entire time and it has somehow magically transformed itself into to a salt and vinegar packet.

The effect now seems to be over however as an afterthought the spectator is asked which would be their favorite flavour of crisps from the group; They reply "Salt and Vinegar"; you then gesture for them to turn over the bank note and written across it in bold marker are the words "Your favorite flavor will be "Salt and Vinegar".
