Mind Ball Instructions
Thanks for purchasing Mind Ball from Magicbox. We think you will love this!
Firstly you will find the remote inside the wooden box, under the sensor pad.
Remove the balls (remembering the order) and lift out the cut out insert. Then using your thumb, lever out the sensor pad. The remote is in a slot.
On the underside of the sensor pad you will see the "on/off" switch. You may notice that it is already turned on. This is fine as even when left on, the batteries ( 2 x CR2477) will last up to 10 years. But feel free to turn off if your not using for long periods of time. Batteries can be purchased on Amazon for a few pounds.
NOTE
When placing the sensor pad back into the unit, make sure its orientated the correct way. If it is not, or in the wrong position the remote will either give the wrong colour indication (meaning the pad in back to front) or if the pad is positioned incorrectly will give no signal at all. This is because the sensors need to be aligned with the holes in the ball surround. The on/off switch should be to the LEFT if your looking at the unit from the front. With writing "right side up" as pictured below.

The sensor pad should be postioned as far left as it will go so that it is flush with the left side and pushed all the way down so is seated correctly. There should be a gap at the right hand side of sensor pad as pictured below.

If it is not the ball surround will not not sit flush inside the box. If the lid is now forcably closed it may damge the hinges so make sure its as pictured below before closing the lid.

The remote is chargable via a micro usb cable (not included). When plugged in a blue LED will flash. When fully charged the LED will be solid blue. It takes around 1.5 - 2 hours to fully charge.
A charging lead is NOT included as most people will have this already as its a common lead for most electronic devices these days. If you do not have one they can be bought from any supermarket, garage and most shops or see HERE
To turn on the remote simply press and hold the button untill the LED turns green. You are ready to perform. To turn off the remote simply press and hold the btton untill the LED goes out.
Try picking up each ball in turn. You will see the top right LED light up the particular colour of each ball. The remote will also vibrate telling you which colour has been chosen if you dont want to look at the remote during performance.
1st ball = 1 buzz, 2nd ball = 2 buzz, 3rd ball = 3 buzz, 4th ball = 1 short + 1 long buzz, 5th ball = l long buzz.
Its buzzes like roman numbers. I,II,III, IV,V,VI. V indicates long buzz.
The remote is small enough to conceal in your hand so you can freely just glance it if your back is turned while the spectator chooses a colour.
